I started with a camping foam mat that I found at a festival been using the for well over 6 months for yoga in my own home but it was time to upgrade as it was starting to wear thin on the knees and not wide enough. I found this karma mat on line a took the plunge wow what a different loads of room to do yoga without you knees touching the floor without a matt I even thank it to my pilates classes twice a week as there mats are too thin . Great mat in all i would buy again

I’d been looking for ages for a mat that looks pretty and is actually suitable for workouts and I’ve finally found it. Most pink mats are either flimsy or covered with unfashionable patterns but not this one. The colour is gorgeous and the mat really stands out for all the right reasons. I’ve gone through a few mats and this one is better in so many ways. I’d recently purchased from another brand (will be sending that back) and have included some comparison shots to my review. This mat is far wider and so much thicker than other mats so I feel supported and comfy when I work out. It really feels like a premium product and I love the way it feels when I stand on it, texture is perfect for a bit of grip but still allowing me to move. The double layer material looks and feels great and I’m not worried about the mat bunching up under my feet like I was with the other mat. The subtle pattern is a nice aesthetic touch too! I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this product. Have just ordered another for a friend from the gym!
I've been looking for a decent exercise mat for a while now that I'm taking my post-partum fitness journey more seriously. After trying a high street offering and finding it too narrow and thin for use on hard floors (only our living room is carpeted), I decided to take a punt on this. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It's wide enough that in certain poses my knees aren't slipping off the edge, and it's so thick that you always feel cushioned from the floor beneath, yet it's still easy to roll up. Even my infamously hard-to-please husband was impressed with the quality and durability of it. Another win is the range of colours offered. Yellow is the accent colour all throughout my house and having a mat that coordinates is an unexpected perk. So is the fact that when not in use for its intended purpose, my baby has a soft safe surface to practice her rolling on! Finally would like to thank the seller for including a travel bag with the mat - I wasn't expecting one!

The mat is a good width for me (I'm 6ft 3in and medium build). I've put it up next to my old mat for comparison - honestly don't know how I worked out of the small one. The thickness really makes a difference. I've got lots of injuries from my rugby days! This mat was a game changer in terms of comfort during my workouts and stretches. Top quality mat, print is perfect and the colour is spot on. Highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a premium mat.
What can I say other than this mat is perfect! I wanted an upgrade from my regular mat and I'm so happy I came across this and decided to purchase one! It's firm but still soft on my feet, I use it for hiit and weight training, I do a lot of jumping about from burpees to mountain climbers and it never moves, its got a lot of grip on top and most importantly underneath so no slippy mat problems. It's huge!! Honestly can't be more happier with it, highly recommend! Thanks so much karma fitness, you've made the perfect mat!! Congratulations
This is the second one I’ve bought as the wife has stolen my first one. Really impressed by the quality of the mat. It’s thick and comfortable to do workouts on. I usually suffer from back pain due to the thinness of mats and this mat has solved that issue for me. The colour options are great, I bought a grey one this time round. Main reason for buying it was the extra width and height, I’m 6ft 2in and this mat is definitely large enough for me. Noticed that the mat is grippy enough, but still gives you the ability to move around during more agile workouts. Also grips to laminate flooring, carpet and outside paving really well. Our 3 year old also jumps around on the mat quite a bit and loves it because it’s well cushioned. Added bonus I guess! Photos attached showing how it’s looking after a month of use.
The quality is much better than my previous mat, I've just done an intense Tabata core set with zero friction or impact discomfort. P.S even my dog likes it..
I've always believed in getting good quality products whenever I use something consistently, and this mat is top quality. It has a good level of thickness, so that it provides comfort but is also firm and stable, which is important whenever you're balancing and doing difficult postures, but it is soft enough that you can be on it for long periods of time which is great for those who enjoy sitting in meditation. I like the colour scheme and the design which is great for those who wish to share their practices online, and I appreciate that it is eco-friendly too, which is very important to me! This is the perfect mat for those who want something that can handle intense training, yogic postures, meditation and care for the environment, all while looking slick!
I've looked for a wide mat for so long and never found one which was a size I was happy with. So surprised with the thickness when it came too, couldn't have asked for anything better.
Following an ankle injury I've been using lockdown to try and focus on my mobility whilst still getting weights workouts in. This mat has been perfect because it provides more than enough space for all my mobility and stretching drills and is also durable enough to put weights on.
I've been looking for a fitness mat that actually fits my frame for such a long time. Now there's no more flipping it round every time I want to do a push up and because I like to workout outside the extra thick support comes in handy. Even once the gyms reopen I'll be splitting my workouts between there and home now that they're that much more effective.
I ordered one of these mats when they initially launched. I've been looking for a thick, stylish, multi purpose mat, for several months and came across Karma Mats. On standard mats, I've struggled with knee pain and also any stability exercises which require me to be on my hands, and this mat is a game changer. The thickness and dual layer are a god send and mean that I can do press ups without being interrupted by pain in my hands, and I can carry out a full yoga session without having to readjust my knee. Can't recommend this enough. And for those true yoga junkies, it's eco friendly!

I’ve been using this mat for the last few weeks and am very impressed. Bigger than your average mat which is very much appreciated for my floor exercises and best of all thick. This thickness has provided me with the support and comfort I’ve been looking for. I’m being very careful with it, no shoes in the hope that it will last. I also like seeing the motivating message everytime l exercise.

Excellent yoga mat. Just the ticket for my pilates exercises. The thickness is just right for a firm and yet very comfortable feel. To think this firm mat is soft enough to be rolled up into the bag provided, is the icing on the cake!
