ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH TRACKING INFORMATION DIRECT TO YOUR EMAIL UPON PURCHASE.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a further day. Please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method & Estimated delivery time
Next Day Delivery* = 1-2 business days
Standard Delivery = 2-3 business days
* Next day delivery is not always available for all products
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Couriers
We use DX, DHL, UPS and DPD as delivery partners.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Karma Fitness ships to addresses within the UK and select destinations internationally.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Karma Fitness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Karma Fitness always strive to give you the best customer service, as a result if your item is lost during shipping we will resolve with the shipping carrier and ensure you receive your product.. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will file a claim. We will of course do everything in our power to ensure the claim is progressed correctly with all our shipping carriers.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We ship to select destinations internationally and will advise you of the specific delivery partner we use on your order.
